How quickly can I receive a formal quotation?
Standard catalogue items are quoted within 48 working hours. Engineered-to-order systems typically require 5–7 working days for a costed technical proposal, including a preliminary schedule.
Do you support installation and commissioning on site?
Yes. Every capital equipment order includes optional supervised installation, commissioning and operator training delivered by our field engineering group in 40 countries.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our manufacturing operations are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949. Individual products carry CE marking, and selected assemblies are ATEX Zone 1 rated.
What are your typical lead times?
Stocked components ship in 3–5 working days. Standard assemblies run 4–6 weeks, and fully engineered systems 10–16 weeks depending on scope and validation requirements.
Do you supply spares for legacy equipment?
We maintain drawings and spares availability for every unit we have shipped since 1996. Provide your serial number and we will confirm availability the same day.
