SFT-RockBolt is SFTec’s glass fiber reinforced polymer rock bolt for pre-grouted holes and ground-support applications that need a corrosion-free, cuttable composite bolt. CoresupplyX supplies it as an authorized distributor.
Steel rock bolts corrode in wet, saline, or chemically aggressive ground and can obstruct later excavation or TBM passage. GFRP rock bolts don’t rust, remain lightweight for manual handling in confined headings, and can be cut by excavation equipment when a “soft” inclusion is required.

The line covers two different jobs: SFT-Bar®Mesh, a glass fiber reinforced polymer mesh used as a lighter, non-corrosive alternative to steel mesh for structure strengthening, and SFT-ARMesh, an alkali-resistant fiber mesh for the external surface of concrete walls.
Steel mesh rusts when chlorides or moisture reach the wires, and the expanding corrosion cracks the cover. GFRP mesh does not corrode. AR mesh is used on the face of walls to improve crack control and surface durability; it reduces cracking, it does not eliminate every crack.

SFT-Connector is a glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) shear connector that ties two concrete wythes through an insulation layer, or ties ICF and other concrete elements, without introducing a corrosion path the way a steel tie can.
The connector is used on ICF walls, slabs, plant-cast precast panels, site-cast tilt-up panels, and other insulated concrete structures. Length is customized to the wall or panel build-up. Accelerated-aging tests reported by the manufacturer indicate the connector material resists alkali attack for over 100 years.
SFT-Bar® is SFTec’s glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) rebar for concrete. CoresupplyX supplies it as an authorized distributor, with the same mechanical properties, grades, and ICC-ES evaluation (ESR-5081 / EER-5081) published by the manufacturer.
SFT-Bar is produced from continuous glass fibers in a polymer matrix and is intended for structures that need corrosion resistance, lower weight, or electromagnetic neutrality. It is approximately one-quarter the weight of steel, non-conductive, and free of the rust-expansion mechanism that shortens the service life of steel-reinforced concrete in aggressive environments.
